everyone at earlier ages. Managing chronic diseases such as diabetes, obesity, hypertension, heart disease and high cholesterol are paramount in extending life. Not addressing these

symptoms of low testosterone is decreased sex drive, erectile difficulty, tiredness, mood changes and memory problems.

urinate. An enlarged prostate increases the risk of diabetes and heart disease.

- Exercise - Adults need at least 2½ hours of moderate aerobic activity and weight training two or more days weekly.
- Eat Healthy! Stop laughing!! Eating those carrots or fresh fruits for smacks to shut down those hunger cravings provide vitamins and minerals that help

solutions: avoid drugs, alcohol, get a good support system, socialize, exercise or increase your activity.
