The Christmas Season has arrived! This is such a joyful month; although it can come with its share of stress with so much to do! This month I will be covering ways to relieve stress and build your immune system; as many germs are spread with all of the Holiday hugs and kisses!
Make sure between shopping, decorating, cooking and making merry that you take time to de-stress.I like to “enter the silence”; 5 t0 10 minutes a day of meditating will keep you in a calm state for the entire day; add music to enhance the relaxing experience. Infuse your surroundings with scents of lavender, rosemary, or sandalwood (all available at Complete Health Store). Plan a deadline every day to just stop with the fuss and relax; things can wait until the next day when you will be rejuvenated and ready! Finally delegate! You do not have to take on the holiday preparation all by yourself; most people love to help make merry; just reach out!
