April has arrived! Now is the time of year for renewal; spring cleaning;the beginning of a beautiful season. This is a time for growth and most importantly relaxation!

Let's first discuss Body Work for relaxation. Personally I love to practice Yoga four times a week. I do it at home in a calm space in my bedroom. I light candles; use wonderful insructional DVD's and disconnect from the everyday stresses.I often compliment my sessions with essential oils that can be purchased at Complete Health Store such as Lemon Grass, Bergamot,and Lavender. Come on in and see what wonderful scents we have waiting for you!
I also start each day with eight yoga stretches and taking the time with a cup of coffee to write in my gratitude journal...so peaceful. Then I am ready to take on the day!
Other practices include meditation; bio-feedback;massage and Reiki.
